Code of Conduct

Lamont Migration Agency strongly believes in ethical standards and delivers services in a professional, sincere and comprehensive manner.

A Code of Conduct governs Migration Agents, through the Office of Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).

The Migration Agents Code of Conduct is authorised by the requirements of the Migration Agents Regulations 1998, Schedule 2, Regulation 8 and the Migration Act 1958 Subsection 314(1).

Lamont Migration Agency prides itself on adherence to the Code of Conduct.

Registered Migration Agents are highly skilled professionals. They must meet competency standards, abide by a Code of Conduct and keep their knowledge of migration law and procedure up to date. It is against the law to offer migration assistance in Australia unless registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).
